How often should I see a therapist?

This is different for every person and something we will discuss during the initial session. Factors that are taken into account include the nature of the presenting problem, your availabilty, and finances. Typically clients start by attending therapy once a week or every other week and then scale back as we begin to make progress toward their goals.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are typically 60 or 90 minutes.

What is the cost of therapy?

  • Initial consultation: $120
  • 60 minute sessions: $105
  • Longer sessions available upon request

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I currently accept Anthem insurance.

Do you accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA)?

Yes, I do accept health savings accounts.

Which payment methods do you accept?

I accept check, PayPal, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Where is your office located?

My office is conveniently located in Broad Ripple at 6524 North Carrollton Avenue, inside of the Broad Ripple Therapy Associates building.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

Yes, evening sessions are available as late as 7 PM, and weekend sessions are available by request.

Can we communicate via email or text?

Yes, email and text are very convenient ways to ask questions or discuss scheduling.

What is the cancelation policy?

Please contact me 24 hours in advance of canceling an appointment. Half of the fee for your scheduled session will be charged if you cancel with less than 24 hour notice. Emergencies are taken into consideration.

What if I have an emergency or feel suicidal?
